Stephen Lynch

FOUNDER & CEO

Stephen Lynch received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Old Dominion University in 1981 and has over 35 years of experience in the retirement plan and investment industry. As President and CEO of Wellington Retirement Solutions, Inc., Stephen is responsible for the general oversight and overall progress of the firm.

Stephen Dix

Stephen Dix, QKA, ERPA, QPA: Stephen graduated from The University Of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business with a BS degree in Finance. Stephen has spent his entire career in the financial services area. He initially started his career in the municipal bond and fixed income area. Stephen worked for a hedge fund for two years before joining Wellington. Stephen is a partner at Wellington Retirement Solutions, Inc. and has been working with retirement plans in the design and compliance of retirement plans for the last 19 years. Stephen has been employed as an Investment Advisor Representative with Wellington since 1998. He is a current resident of Annapolis, MD. He is active in the community and enjoys working with the SPCA and Chesapeake Bay Foundation.

Robert Alexander

Finance & Commerce

Upon graduating from George Mason University (Fairfax, VA) in 2008 with a B.S. degree in Accounting, Robert joined the Wellington Group as a Pension Administrator. Since 2009, Robert has also served as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Wellington Consulting Services, Inc. Rob services companies with over 200 employees, and currently has approximately $50MM under advisement. He has developed optimal cost-effective strategies for maximizing contributions with many of his clients through the use of actuarial calculations combined with cross-testing. Rob assists many of his clients throughout their retirement with strategic withdrawal planning, investment allocations, etc.

Ghulam Mustafa

Ghulam graduated from George Mason University (Fairfax, VA) with a B.S. degree in Finance. He entered the financial services industry in 2002 as a Pension Administrator, and became a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Wellington in 2005. Ghulam has completed the courses required to be a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), skills which he uses when designing and administering retirement plans. He is also an active member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). His expertise has greatly contributed to creating advanced plan-designs to suit specific client needs.

Vladimir Zyuzin

Pension Consultant

Vladimir graduated from George Mason University (Fairfax, VA) with a B.S. degree in Finance. He has over 5 years of experience in the financial services industry as a Pension Administrator and is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Wellington. Vladimer passed all three levels of the CFA exam. He also completed the courses required to be an ERPA and a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). Vladimer has used his expertise to devise cost saving strategies for his clients and advise them regarding retirement planning.

James Podgorny

James’s passion for Finance and Pension Consulting led him to join the Wellington team in 2011. As a Registered Investment Advisor Representative, James works directly with business owners and pension administrators to design, implement, and maintain qualified retirement plans that maximize long term success. James enjoys being a resource for his clients and helping them achieve their retirement plan goals while keeping their plans in compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. Prior to joining Wellington Consulting Services, James worked in the Technology Services field with expense management software and services companies, where he held a variety of positions including Project Manager and Senior Consultant.
