Stephen Lynch received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Old Dominion University and has over 35 years of experience in the retirement plan and investment industry. As President and CEO of Wellington Retirement Solutions, Inc., Stephen is responsible for the general oversight and overall progress of the firm. He is active in the community and currently resides in South Florida.
Stephen Dix, QKA, ERPA, QPA, Stephen graduated from The University of Maryland with a BS degree in Finance. With over 30 years of experience, Stephen has spent his entire career in the financial services area. Prior to founding Wellington, Stephen worked in the hedge fund industry. Stephen's specialty is in custom retirement plan design for large plans and retirement plan compliance. He is a current resident of Annapolis, MD. He is active in the community and enjoys working with the SPCA and Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
Upon graduating from George Mason University in 2008 with a B.S. degree in Accounting, Robert joined Wellington as a Pension Administrator. Since 2009, Rob's specialty is developing optimal cost-effective strategies for maximizing contributions through the use of actuarial calculations combined with cross-testing.
Ghulam Mustafa, QKA, graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. degree in Finance. He entered the financial services industry in the early 2000's as a Pension Administrator and Registered Investment Advisor Representative. Ghulam is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), and an active member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). His expertise is creating advanced plan-design for specialty clients.
Vladimir Zyuzin QKA, ERPA, QPA, graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. degree in Finance and has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry as a Pension Administrator and is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative. Vladimir is currently working on his Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He also completed the courses required to be an ERPA and a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). Vladimir has used his expertise to devise tax, retirement and cost saving strategies for his clients.
James’s has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry as a Pension Consultant and Registered Investment Advisor Representative. James works directly with business owners and pension administrators to design, implement, and maintain qualified retirement plans that maximize long term success. James enjoys being a resource for his clients and helping them achieve their retirement plan goals while keeping their plans in compliance with IRS and DOL regulations.
